George who keeps sneaking up on him, being all shy and cute, and then having the audacity to give Mike great big calf eyes that are just begging Mike to drop to his knees. Mike will not give in because, if he does, he could lose his entire family when they discover he's gay.

Review:  Mike is in Arkansas with  his rich family, he left behind his best friend Trent Hoping to  match make him with his neighbor Trent. In Arkansas He finds he has a cousin he didn't know about that is sex on a stick.
I am going to have to say that this story just didn't strike me like some do. I am not saying it was bad, just not my cup of tea. It was actually cute and had a sort of humor to it that was probably what lost me. The actual story was hot and sweet. Perhaps if it had been longer and somewhere connected to the title, it may have worked better for me
I recommend it to anyone that likes a short erotic romp with a cousin and A sweet story of matchmaking.

This winter, Jude Bloch can't decide what bothers him more—the crowds of people or the holiday revelry. Even meeting handsome chef Mac Appel fails to cheer him up because Jude knows the most he could hope for is a one-night stand. But one night turns into two and then more. Maybe Mac can bring some warmth into Jude's holiday season.
Review Jude is in a crowded coffee shop when a handsome man asks o share his table. Jude agrees since the shop is full and the man being handsome didn't hurt much. After talking a bit Mac asks Jude if he would like to go somewhere quieter to talk. They go to Mac’s. He is in process of moving in and the place needed completely painted and carpeted.  They didn't talk. Jude is use to one night stands. Mac is just out of a long term relationship starting over in a new town with a new job.
I loved this story. It was so sweet and cute. At first I wasn't too thrilled. They talked like a few minutes then were in bed. But then it moved right along. I can’t say much more without spoiling so hurry get a copy and see what I mean! There was one little thing I didn't like and that was Mac Appel’s name!!
Recommendation: I highly recommend this to anyone that wants a nice short sweet romance that moves fast!

Review for Reindeer Games- Vixen

 Review for Reindeer Games- Vixen
Review written for MM Good Book Reviews

Title: Vixen
Series:  Reindeer Games
Author:  Mindi Ferrari
Genre:  contemporary/ Shifters
Length: short story
Publisher: Secret Cravings
Heat Level:  Explicit
Heart Rating:, 3
Blurb:    Ahhh Vixen, some say she’s trouble, some simply say she just doesn't know how to behave. Her dangerous ways have got her into much trouble this year, and I won’t begin to mention the Sig Sauer she carries inside her left thigh. Yes Santa’s well aware of her side job as an assassin. What he’s not aware of is the target that’s after him. Can Vixen protect Santa and save him from the one man she is destined to fall in love with.

Jax has got himself into a situation once again. Only this time he has fallen head over heels for one of Santa’s reindeer’s, “Vixen”. Was it his fault that the five foot ten beauty caught his eye and disrupted him from killing the one man who’s responsible for happiness. Hell no. Rest assured however, he will not let this go and he will make sure to bring down Christmas. Even if it means trading sides with his sworn enemy.

Hell on earth might come true as Kang, Chris’s evil sister tries desperately to take down Chris by using her prized assassin “Jax.” Will Vixen be able to stop the death of Santa or will her desperation for Jax’s touch leave everyone dead.

Reviewer: Cat’s reviews
Review: This story had a very different take on the story of the reindeer.  Vixen is Santa’s body guard and an assassin. Jax is an assassin out to kill Santa. There is so many twists and turns in such a short story, it gives you whiplash.  The story starts out with Vixen having Jax  in a collar and some very hot sex. Then Jax turns the tables, and then it really gets twisty when the assassin stories come into play.  But I have to say this story had lots of potential. It would have been great with just the BDSM or With the Assassin sort of Jame’s Bondish story-line  Together with all the other plots and side stories was just too much. Some people may not like all the bloodshed and violence associated with a Christmas story. It didn't bother me I really liked it. I would like to see this one rewritten with all the stories filled in and tied together better. I think it would make an awesome full-length story.
I recommend this story to anyone that likes a more exciting, action type story with some bloodshed. If you like BDSM, Assassins, Villains, and lots of twists this one’s for you.

Series: Reindeer Games

Blurb  Noah Donner had it all, good looks, great job and a kick-ass gift. As a special breed of shifter, every Christmas Eve he assisted Santa as one of his famous reindeer. A lover of all women The quintessential playboy. But all that changed within weeks of Christmas, when he found himself drawn to another reindeer shifter, Mira Prancer.

Not exactly sleek reindeer material, full-figured Mira took pride in her gift as a shifter. Usually a timid wallflower, Mira suddenly learns she’s Noah’s latest target and after a drunken night of unexpected passion, they find themselves in a quandary.

Can these two love-struck shifters play nice? Or will this little Reindeer Game require a little magic?

Reviewer: Cat’s reviews
Review Donner Is a Playboy, womanizer, and has a special gift. He is a reindeer shifter on Christmas. He literally bumps into Mirah Prancer getting his annual checkup at headquarters.  Immediately things change and he is magically smitten with  her. Mirah isn't his ordinary type  she is  a bit overweight  and very self -conscious.  Will Mira be able to trust that Donner  could actually fall for her after so many years of humiliating her?
I loved this story! I loved the fact Mira was more an ordinary woman with the self- conscious issues. The story was fun, cute, and sexy.
I recommend this story to anyone that loves a story with a more average or overweight heroine, Reindeer, Unusual shifters, and an all-around  fun sexy sweet short read!
