Review: This is the second book in this series. It does standalone ok filling in gaps very well but I suggest you read the first for full effect. In the first David picks up a homeless man and they fall in love.  David’s children with the exception of his oldest son didn’t know he was actually gay, there are struggles with I his family, his job and his newfound relationship.
This book picks up with the coming of Brad into their family, new life struggles and some tragedies. Where the first was very poignant and beautiful this one was just as beautiful but also very sad and tragic. I cried tears of joy and tears of sadness, though what I wouldn’t give for a love like these two men. I thought  there was a lot going on in the first book and wondered what could possibly fill a second but boy was I surprised and this one was packed as full of twists and turns as the first.
Recommendations: If you like sweet loving romance, hot, sensual mansex, show horses, teachers, veterinarians, dogs, actors, family traditions and gay marriage this one is for you.
