Review:   A quick rundown: Era is a PI that is making ends meet. He has a few cases that are keeping him busy even in the snowy weather.  One case is a stalker leaving odd gifts to a man’s father, another a woman has hired him to find her missing husband, a porn movie maker that nobody really likes. There are lots of twists, turns and one case leads to a possible new romantic interest for Ezra.
Ok. Though this is part of a series I would actually call these books more stands alones than a series. The only real connection to a series is the name of the town Winterfield, where the stories all take place and a few characters are mentioned and spring forth another book. I have loved all of this series and though I have read them all none were in order and I wasn’t lost at all. I had hoped though that going back and reading the later ones would have connected the characters and gave me more info on them but it didn’t.
I loved this story with the suspense and intrigue and the twists and turns.  Though there is no actual sex you can’t help but wish for some with the teasing Gabriel tosses at Ezra. I loved  the characters and  all their little quirks . I think I liked that none of these characters are the average run of the mill person.  I would absolutely love more of this story and their relationship if it happens. Hint, hint to the author if you read this.. I can’t wait for more in this series.

Recommendations: If you like a good suspense, murder mystery, lots of twists, private detectives, Drag Queens  and  Edward Kendrick you will love this one.
